I went into the experience with a lot of fear given this was my first travel trailer and the whole industry seems to have a poor reputation, but they made my experience super easy and pleasant.

The sales experience (Terry) was very easy, and I didn't feel any pressure. He was patient and was willing to answer all my questions. The dealer cost add-ons were clear, not a "surprise" and seemed fair for what you are getting.

The Finance/Document experience (Bob) was also very quick, and while he explained my extended warranty options, he didn't pressure me at all to buy (and the price seems fair if you do in fact want the extended third party warranty).

But I think I was most impressed with the service department (Amanda and rest of team). This industry seems riddled with a lack of people who want to be accountable for the inevitable problems with RVs, but the first words when I walked into the service department was someone who said "I did the quality inspection on that unit; I hope you like it". Despite the fact it was a 100 degree day and the staff was sweating, they spent a couple hours with me while I tested everything on the unit and patiently answered all of my questions. The head of the service department even introduced himself in the middle of the process, letting me know I could call him personally if there were any problems. They seemed to understand I was a "newbie" and even showed me all of the details of how to work the weight-distribution hitch they installed on my truck. So far, I haven't had any major issues with the unit. I just really appreciate the experience; they seem to have a strong & fun work culture.

Bill Eads Service Department has been exceptional! I bought a used Motorhome from their great sales department and then had orientation where a few fixes were noted. The service department was far more agreeable to taking care of them than I could have hoped for.

I was anxious to get it home so took it before all items were fixed. I then noticed a couple other issues that I told them about when I brought it back. They agreed to do all of it which was terrific.

Honestly, I keep waiting for them to disappoint me but they don’t. Every step of the way, each interaction has been fantastic!

As I get ready to start my life on the road, I feel completely taken care of and confident in my new (used) home on wheels.
